What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15.00 to 22.00 and check-out is at 12:00. But we're very flexible, so get in contact if you need to stretch it.

Where are the accommodations located?

Both accomodations are located in Residence Aubanel, 304 Avenue Theodore Aubanel, 13600 La Ciotat. 

On the same street, you can find a pharmacy, bakery, convenience shop, pizzeria, butcher, flower shop, tobacco shop, ATM and even hairdresser.

Are pets allowed

Yes, pets are allowed upon request.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises?

Smoking is allowed in the garden, but not in the appartement.

Can we schedule a viewing?

Yes, just contact us to plan.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free/ refundable cancellation upon 30 days before arrival. Cancellation later than this, can be refunded upon reasoning.

Are there any house-rules?

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 22:30. This includes loud music, conversations, and any other disruptive activities. 

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, in both accommodations.

What is the security deposit amount?

The security deposit for peaceful beachfront with garden is €300. And for pool beach rest secure it is €650.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free and secure parking in the residence.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept bank transfer and cash.

Is there WI-FI acces?

Yes, there is free optical fibre WI-FI.

Is there air-conditioning?

There are portable ventilators in the apartement

How close is the apartment to the beach?

The beach is 5 minute walking distance from the accomodations.

What is the check-in, check-out proces?

Check-in and check-out will be done in person.

Are there any extra fees?

Yes, there is cleaning fee of €45 for peaceful beachfront with garden and €60 for pool beach rest secure. 

Tourist tax is already taken into account in the prices.
